Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made after COB 1 May 2023 are not entitled to receive a refund. The money allocated towards these tickets will be considered as a donation towards The Emerge Foundation. Dietary Requirements: We are more than happy to cater for any dietary requirements. If you or your guests have any specific needs, please let us know. Dietary requirements are due by COB Tuesday, May 9th 2023. If a guest’s dietary requirements are provided after this date they may not be catered for. Photography: The Emerge Foundation will have designated photographers at this event. By attending the event, you agree that you may appear in some of these photos and you authorise their use in future promotion. The Emerge Foundation supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol – any attendee who is intoxicated may be asked to leave and the cost of the event will not be refunded. All guests in attendance will be required to adhere to all Government and Venue COVID Guidelines in place at the time of the event
