Welcome to Sage Manor Retreats - your retreat space only 90 minutes from your door.

 

Each wellness retreat whether it be a day, two, three or six is curated with you in mind, has its own theme to further enhance and amplify your

nourishment and self care. Coming on retreat is a real chance for your to unwind, reset, enjoy natural treatments, attend workshops that enhance

your health and overall wellbeing. Woven into each day is a blend of rejuvenation to mind, body and spirit - together we'll enjoy wholefoods

straight from our property or the local producers around Bowral.

 

Expect rest, fun, learning in an easy and very accessible way, yoga twice daily and a few specials that will delight. 

 

TERMS OF YOUR BOOKNG FOR SAGE MANOR WEEKEND RETREATS 

SAGE MANOR IN HOUSE RETREATS: A deposit payment to secure your place is $250 - this is non refundable

TEACHER TRAININGS:  A deposit of $350 due to secure your place - this is non refundable.

 

3 months before event date a further payment of $250 is due

2 months before event date a further $250 is due

Any outstanding balance of owing 1 month out

If you can't make your retreat we do offer name swaps if you gift to someone else but no refunds as we have held your place.

Each retreat has it's own theme and duration. 

 

All of our in house retreats include accommodation, all meals, snacks, workshops, yoga twice daily, creative activities, hikes,

organic bedding including towels, all you really need to do is bring yourself.

 

2 Night Wellness Retreats 

@ $780 per person share accommodation

@ $930 Single Room standard (only 2 available)

@ $1150 single room Deluxe (larger room)

 

Arrive early, stay an extra night -  add $250 (includes breakfast)  -  Ask us if this is available for your retreat - email us if this is an option

 

 

Teacher training and staying offsite (joining us during the day only) your fee only includes the training only - any meals additional.
